What is checked before a route is confirmed
Identification and rabies records
Microchip, age, rabies vaccination and the health history required for the puppy’s origin and route are reviewed.
Official health certification
The consignment must travel with the official health documentation required for commercial dogs entering Great Britain.
Pre-notification and entry point
IPAFFS pre-notification, the approved Border Control Post, carrier conditions and arrival checks are planned for the individual route.

Can I see the puppy live before reserving?+
Yes. We arrange a personal live video call so you can see the puppy and discuss behaviour, care and the records available.
Is a purchased puppy covered by ordinary pet travel rules?+
A movement involving a sale or transfer of ownership is treated as commercial. The route must therefore be prepared under the correct commercial import regime.
Can every available puppy travel to Great Britain now?+
Not automatically. Age, microchip, vaccination, origin, health documentation, entry point and current restrictions must all be checked for the individual puppy.
Are delivery and official preparation included in the puppy price?+
They are quoted separately because the route, veterinary preparation, official checks and UK destination vary.
