What must be checked for the individual puppy
CDC Dog Import Form
A CDC Dog Import Form receipt is required for every dog. Additional documents depend on where the dog has been during the previous six months and where it was vaccinated.
Origin and rabies history
The current CDC risk classification and the puppy’s vaccination history determine which route and supporting documents may be used.
USDA and destination rules
USDA requirements and the rules of the destination state are checked separately from CDC requirements before travel is confirmed.

Can I meet a puppy before making a decision?+
Yes. We arrange a live video call so you can see the puppy in real time and ask about behaviour, feeding, health records and daily routine.
Is every puppy immediately eligible to enter the USA?+
No. Eligibility depends on age, microchip, health, vaccination history, countries visited in the previous six months and current federal and state rules. We check the individual case before confirming a route.
Are transport and import costs included in the puppy price?+
They are quoted separately because the route, carrier, veterinary preparation and destination requirements differ for every family.
Which documents can I see before reservation?+
We show the veterinary and origin records available for the chosen puppy and explain which additional official documents must be prepared for the planned journey.
